The Railyards will transform the historic Union Pacific site into a dynamic urban environment featuring a state-of-the-art mass transit hub that will serve residents, workers and visitors

The project will offer a vibrant, urban atmosphere with entertainment, 1.3 million square feet of retail, restaurants, entertainment, mixed-use high-density housing, and 2.9 million square feet of office space, theaters, fine arts venues, parks, hotels, museums and historic buildings

The Railyards will be accessible by I-80, US Highway 50, I-5 or US Highway 99
